Thank you for your interest in becoming a NOMAD Ambassador! Applicants are required to own and use Nomad Grill & Smoker prior to being accepted into the program.

You'll receive a list of benefits, promos, and we'll even help you get your account set up!

Terms & Conditions:

1. Base Ambassador commission is 10%.

2. Payouts are made on a monthly basis - paid within the first week of the following month.

3. All payouts are made via PayPal and may be subject to PayPal merchant fees.

4. Cookie length: 60 days.

5. Affiliate commissions are not available to wholesale purchases.

6. Trademark Bidding on Google AdWords or any PPC Advertising is strictly NOT allowed. Your account will be suspended if you run any Google Ads to our website.

7. You are only allowed to promote your specific affiliate code / link. Promotion on coupon or deal sites is not allowed.

8. Commission for presale or backorder items is paid after products are delivered.

We reserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and conditions. If we ask you for clarification or more information on any orders or clicks that we suspect may be in violation of our terms and conditions, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner. Below are violations of our communications policy. If any of the following apply, then we reserve the absolute right to reverse orders or suspend you from the program.

• You are not forthcoming, intentionally vague, or are found to be lying.

• You are not responsive within a reasonable time period.

• You cannot substantiate or validate the source of your traffic to our program with clear and demonstrable proof.
